Why I Do This Work

Before I was a professional advocate, I was a parent trying to figure everything out for my own children. Two of my three kids have special needs, and each of them has taught me something different about persistence, creativity, and the importance of meaningful support at school.

I’ve been the parent sitting in meetings, reading reports late at night, and wondering if I was asking the right questions. Over time, I learned how to interpret evaluations, understand school language, and use my voice more effectively at the IEP table.

That experience changed everything for my children—and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping other families feel empowered, prepared, and supported every step of the way.

Family Impact

Navigating special education can be complex, and you shouldn't have to do it alone. My advocacy is dedicated to helping families feel more confident and supported, transforming the IEP process into a positive and collaborative experience.

More Confidence in Meetings

Feel empowered at the table. With preparation and professional backing, you’ll enter every school meeting knowing your rights and feeling ready to speak up for your child.

Clear Next Steps

Clear the fog of jargon. I break down evaluations and school speak into a concrete plan, giving you a clear roadmap of exactly what comes next.

Feeling Less Alone

Sit with a partner who understands. Having an expert who knows the system and sits beside you makes all the difference in staying focused and heard.
